changedVS MODE: In Vs. Mode, players will go through the regular customization of their equipment—including their race, ship, gun and aura. They will then pick their rules, such as Deathmatch, Stock, or Collector and allowing players to pick between 4 unique maps with their own textures, hazards and designs. Battle against your friends in solo or team matches to become victorious! Race: The species of you character, customizing your base stats, passive ability and ultimate ability for your load-out. Ship: Your ship will influence some stat changes and will give you your special attack in battle (R1). Gun: Your gun will slightly influence some stat changes and will give you your primary and seconday attacks in battle (L2 & R2). Aura: The aura you equip will give you a special bonus effect on your load-out. Deathmatch: Fight against friends in a timed match. Collect points from killing other players and going on kill-streaks. Player with the most points at the end of the time limit wins! Stock: Battle to survive! Last player alive wins the match! Collector: Collect crystals from damaging enemy ships. Whoever reaches the point threshold first wins the game!
addedINVASION MODE: In Invasion Mode, players will customize their perfect load-outs and work together as a cooperative combat unit to destroy any and all cursed ships. Stop these hordes of enemies in the normal wave format, or fight in an endless onslaught to see how long you can survive! CAREFUL! In Invasion Mode, players will encounter special colored waves to try to eliminate you—such as; "High Threats!", which will cause all enemies to deal double damage that wave, or "FAMINE!", where on that wave, no power-ups will spawn to collect. WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR: Diminutive will be launching in an Early Access State , meaning the game is not finished and we will be keeping players up to date on what we are working on through our Twitter Page. Alongside showcasing what we are working on, Diminutive will be releasing Monthly Updates to keep players entertained until full release (Q1-Q2 2019). We want to start off our first major update in early January, allowing players to enjoy a new gamemode for Vs Mode. We will also be kicking off Diminutive Leader-boards in this update, we just don't want it to come out alongside launch, as some equipment and load-outs may need adjusting as players figure out the game to its fullest. Lastly, we will be adding some new equipment, races, and maps to enjoy!
