If you use a Steam Deck or just Linux in general, you'll be happy to know that Linux support is a priority for Dimenshift.

In fact, not only has Dimenshift had Linux support since the beginning, the majority of development for it was done on Linux! Therefore, Dimenshift has a native Linux build.

Also, I've always felt that platformers are usually much more comfortable with gamepads than with keyboards. So controller support has been a priority throughout development, too.

Between these two facts, it just makes sense to make sure that the game works on the Steam Deck. So, Dimenshift already supports the Steam Deck! In fact, much of the general playtesting was done on my personal Steam Deck, and I have to say that it's probably my favorite way to play the game.

So, while Valve may take a bit to get around to testing Dimenshift on the Deck (Dimenshift isn't exactly a big and well-known game, so it's understandably not a priority), I've done everything I can to make sure it will be verified when they get around to it. And it's already a great experience on the Deck.

I look forward to people enjoying the game on Linux and the Steam Deck!

Thanks!
