Dig Island

Gameplay & Quality of Life

  • Added a "Return to Island" option to the End Game screen. You can now continue playing and trade with the Survivor after reaching the end.

  • You can now swap and reorder items in the crafting queue while items are being crafted.

  • The Survivor's "Hold Offer" lock can now be opened using lower-tier offers.

  • Ladder movement improved so that players won't get stuck on them anymore.

User Interface (UI)

  • Added a Field of View (FOV) slider to the settings. (range: 80–100)

  • Redesigned the "New Game" screen. Steam post image

Visuals & Audio

  • Reworked the player's external battery model. It now visually updates based on your current battery level.

  • Improved the night lighting system.

  • Improved animations and effects for repair and upgrade actions.

  • Improved third-person fishing animations so it looks smoother to other players.

Inventory & Multiplayer Fixes

  • Fixed a multiplayer bug where players could put items into the same inventory slot at the same time.

  • Fixed an issue where Shift-Click wouldn't work on the first try after opening the inventory.

  • Fixed a multiplayer issue where the client player's drill could get stuck.

  • Fixed a multiplayer issue where the drill sound of a client player could stuck for host player.

  • Fixed clipping on character's held items when colliding with walls and environmental props.
