Dig, Dig, Die changes
This update focuses on improving stability, fixing critical multiplayer issues, and polishing core gameplay systems. We’ve addressed several lobby and mini-game problems, refined damage mechanics, improved controls, and made adjustments to map generation for a more varied experience.
Thank you for your feedback — it helped us identify and resolve many of these issues. More improvements are on the way!
🔧 Networking & Lobby Fixes
Fixed an issue where the host could not join a new game created by a guest from their lobby.
Fixed connection issues with Steam lobbies.
“Start Solo Game” now launches a Steam lobby by default.
Added a Steam friend invite window (friends can only be invited while on the Hub level).
Mini-games are no longer client-bound — all players can now continue a started mini-game.
Fixed an issue where an unfinished mini-game prevented other players from playing it.
🎮 Gameplay
Stone coffins and similar objects now open with E.
Updated controls for interacting with stone coffins.
Adjusted fall damage.
Fixed falling overboard.
Adjusted percentage-based damage.
Adjusted weapon damage.
Added damage direction indicator.
Fixed stun animation for the grave skeleton.
Fixed character behavior when standing up from crouch.
Increased dice mini-game speed.
Slightly improved map generation for more varied layouts.
🖥 UI & Other Fixes
Fixed UI issues in the main menu.
Fixed a bug where multiple tabs could be opened on top of each other in the main menu using arrow keys.
Fixed an issue where cobwebs would carry over between levels.
Updated monster Cello text.
Removed Trump skin.
