DiART Paintball changes
Steam post imageA lot of changes and fixes have been made this last months! This changes core gameplay and implies a more engaging loop.
Mayor:
Added singleplayer custom matches with bots, fully offline.
Changes to movement speed and feel have been made
Double trigger fire is implemented.
New 50Pbs per pod, 4 total
New animations for double triggering
Menu and GUI changes
HUD improvements and adaptations
Added a new marker, with new poses and animations to match it
Muzzle effects
A visual lerping effect is added to the PBs. It is known that our projectiles are physics entities, but for gameplay precision they originate on a shootpoint centered and down to the player view. This is still the case, but a visual paintball is now instanciated to simulate barrel exit. Looks better, same physics.
Smaller:
Cosmetic improvements across all maps
Better splatters
Improved leaning clipping
Fixed some bugs on pause menu, specially on round restarts
A myriad of bugfixing
