Patch 1.2.3 – The Refinement
⚠️ Important – Save Compatibility
Due to a complete overhaul of the save system, previous save files are not compatible with version 1.2.3.
We understand this can be frustrating, but this change was necessary to drastically improve saving performance and stability.
🚀 Major Improvement – Save System Reworked
The entire save system has been rebuilt from the ground up.
Previously, saving the game could take up to 1 minute in some situations. With the new system, saving now takes around 3 seconds.
This makes saving dramatically faster and more reliable, and provides a much stronger technical foundation for future updates.
🔧 Fixes & Improvements
Fixed multiple trigger issues in the campsite and travel/fast travel zones.
Fixed a campfire bug that could occur under certain conditions.
The cursor now becomes transparent while running, improving immersion.
Fixed an issue affecting the color of enemy dice.
Fixed several journal-related bugs impacting entries and progression.
Fixed a siren-related bug that could disrupt certain events.
Fixed fishing zone detection and behavior.
Fixed a bug affecting the upgraded shelter visuals and functionality.
Forging now produces less noise—stay stealthy while crafting!
Boat repair bugs resolved; repairs are now properly limited to a maximum of 4 hours.
Loot slightly rebalanced for smoother progression.
Improved and corrected Chinese translation across menus, dialogues, and UI.
