Waves game mode and a new enemy

The development of Dextram continues. Since the last post about the graphics improvements I have worked on a new game mode called waves.

addedThe development of Dextram continues. Since the last post about the graphics improvements I have worked on a new game mode called waves. It plays the same as the normal game, but with a different spawning behavior for the enemies. Instead of spawning at random locations they spawn in predetermined spawning patterns. This allows for spawning more enemies at the same time without it becoming impossible to handle and allows for a little bit more strategic playstyle.
addedI have also created a new enemy type which patrols from edge to edge, it was designed to specifically fit well into the new game mode. You can see more clips from the new mode and the new enemy in a new gameplay trailer on youtube:
