Post-Launch Dev Log & Latest Updates!

Detectives, we’re beyond grateful for the incredible response to DeTechtive 2112! It’s been only one week since launch, and thanks to your feedback, the game is continuously improving. Your insights have been invaluable, and we’re committed to making DeTechtive 2112 even better. Here’s a look at the latest updates and improvements we’ve made:

🔧 Recent Fixes & Improvements ✅ Stealth Mechanics Adjusted – We’ve made stealth gameplay smoother and more accessible. Sneaking past enemies is now easier than before!

✅ AI Vision Overhaul – Enemy AI can no longer see behind them, creating a more natural and fair stealth experience.

✅ Lighting Improvements – We’ve reworked the lighting across different maps to better capture the game’s atmosphere. Environments now feel more immersive and visually striking.

✅ Fatal Error Fix – Some players encountered a Fatal Error issue on the death screen. This has been resolved for a smoother experience.

✅ Boss Fight Balancing – Boss battles have been adjusted for better difficulty balance. Bosses can no longer be taken down instantly with a Taser, making fights more challenging and rewarding.

🔄 What We’re Working on Next 🔹 Co-op Connection Enhancements – We’re continuing to refine matchmaking and network stability. 🔹 Gameplay Balancing – Weapons and enemy behaviors are being adjusted to improve overall game balance. 🔹 Mission Variety & QoL Tweaks – We’re looking into diversifying objectives and refining mechanics for an even better experience. 🔹 AI Translations Under Review – We’re actively reviewing and improving AI-generated translations within our possibilities for better accuracy and immersion.

👀 Addressing Player Concerns ❓ Single-Player Mode? – While DeTechtive 2112 is designed as a co-op experience, we’re exploring ways to improve solo play.

❓ More Content? – We’re working on additional updates, including new challenges and features to keep the experience fresh and extend playtime.
