Despotism 3k changes
Adds a new chip - "Chip of Boredom". Please note, it is extremely boring
Adds a new random event with a new modifier
Adds notifications for unlocking new chips
Adds "Credits" screen
Also some small balance changes:
Sick humans (as a result of "Unhygienic Conditions") work 7% less effective instead of 13%
An attempt to spin the wheel faster in "Brass Monkey Weather" uses only 10% of energy. It is still a bad idea
When junior slave Ben gets splattered all over the wheel, its effectiveness is 13% less instead of 17%
A spoke in the wheel reduces power generation by 10% instead of 15%
Fat humans now correctly produce twice more food
If you punish the humans for stealing a jar of battery fluid, 5 humans are sent to the bioreactor instead of 8
Despair generator now uses 10% additional energy instead of 15%
