v1.0.7 Revert chill mode and late game progression.

Added way to revert chill mode as requested. Rescaled late game item cost for faster progression. FYI, if you have problem with Steam Cloud Save, check if you have both full game and demo installed.

FYI, if you have problem with Steam Cloud Save, check if you have both full game and demo installed. Uninstalling the demo should fix the cloud save issue.
