Desert Revenant changes
Today, the world of Desert Revenant expands in a big way.
We’re excited to officially reveal Desert Revenant 2: The Reawakening, a full sequel set in the same world, reimagined with new systems, new content, and a very different way to play.
To thank everyone who supported Desert Revenant from the beginning: players who purchased Desert Revenant will receive Desert Revenant 2 for FREE when it releases. No strings attached.
What does this mean?
Desert Revenant 2: The Reawakening is a true sequel, not a patch or expansion.
Nearly every system has been rebuilt, including progression, pacing, balance, art, story, UI, content structure, and more, while staying in the same world.
Desert Revenant 2: The Reawakening will launch directly as a full release.
There will be no Early Access period.
Desert Revenant (the original) remains available as a complete experience.
When and how?
The Desert Revenant 2: The Reawakening Steam page is live today
The game itself will release soon, launching immediately as a full release
If you have purchased Desert Revenant, you will receive Desert Revenant 2: The Reawakening for free when it releases.
