Bugfixes & small improvements.
CHANGES:
MAPS:
Added a door to fracture's entrance (in case the world generation is evil)
Fixed spots where players could get stuck on the bunker (in trenches)
Fixed trenches being picked too often, compared to the other maps
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Fixed tuna pizza achievement.
When steam fails to load achievements, it would reset stats. Now, stats will not save if this happens. Achievements will still try to unlock, even if steam failed the loading.
Game no longer checks achievements to see if you are a new player (forcing apartments), it now instead checks if you have at least 1 round time set on the save file. If you were only getting "apartments" then this might have been the reason why :S

Increased speed & jump max decals to 60.
Increased normal spray max decals to 100.
GENERAL:
Fixed "entity_prop_phys pieces count must match health value"
