The T.M.V. is ERA's mobile field hospital, a vehicle that deploys into a structure and heals infantry in the surrounding area.

Operating one requires elite medical school credentials and proven stress resilience. The crews almost never sleep. ERA soldiers count on them.

In the field, T.M.V. teams quietly use Black Rock Dust as a painkiller and bloodstopper for soldiers who've lost limbs. It's illegal. ERA hasn't tried to stop them. It works.
