Heyyo CraftedCircuitry! And I'm here cross promoting my second game that I'm working on, The Harbinger of the Deep!
It's a 2D Topdown Hand-drawn Twin-stick Shooter Role-playing Game set in a post-apocalyptic world where a great Tsunami engulfed the world, and where you shoot your Actions to either destroy other Beings' frustrations to befriend them, or ignore that and hurt and slay them instead!
The above GIF is a very old prototype from months ago but it shows the basic idea of the game. You shoot either a Slice, Shout, or Shock action to Beings. Matching the frustrations icons they have with the Actions you use will help you befriend them by destroying those frustrations. If you don't bother following them, then they will get aggravated and continue to pursue you. In this state, they can only be Sliced and slayed. Or you can leave them alone.
I've learned a lot from Deep Dark Wrath and I plan to make this game a big step up from when I released Deep Dark Wrath 2 years ago. I have a lot of progress I need to do ahead of me to really polish this game. The other GIFs like the one below are how the game looks now. It's still very similar in style since I wanted this style from the start but I have been making sure to upgrade and refine it.
The game is planned to be a fairly short adventure and have different endings depending on how you treat other Beings and the choices in how you interact with other Beings. You can reset your save if you want to go about it in a different way.

Wishlist it if you're interested!
That's it for today, hoping you enjoy diving deep to find the source of the darkness in Deep Dark Wrath and exploring and interacting with the world of The Harbinger of the Deep!
Enjoy, this has been CraftedCircuitry signing off for now.
