changedMap Variants: Using these deadly clouds, I can create several unique map layouts from the same massive city. One day you’re fighting in the industrial district, the next in the downtown ruins—each framed by the toxic mist.
changedSurvival Gameplay: The fog isn't just a boundary; it's part of the world’s lore. It's a Work in Progress, but it allows me to give you more focused, high-performance environments without "invisible walls."

I’ve got some exciting news about how the world of Deadly Land 2.0 is structured. For the "Rebirth", I’m using a massive urban environment (shoutout to the Polygon Apocalypse style!), but instead of one giant, empty space, I’m splitting the city into specialized zones.

To make this work seamlessly, I’ve implemented the Toxic Fog System you see in the clip!

The Plan:

  • Map Variants: Using these deadly clouds, I can create several unique map layouts from the same massive city. One day you’re fighting in the industrial district, the next in the downtown ruins—each framed by the toxic mist.

  • Survival Gameplay: The fog isn't just a boundary; it's part of the world’s lore. It's a Work in Progress, but it allows me to give you more focused, high-performance environments without "invisible walls."

It’s still a bit rough around the edges, but it’s a huge step toward making the 2.0 city feel claustrophobic and dangerous.

What do you think about exploring a city that’s being swallowed by toxic gas? Let me know!
