Noticed a few players having issues with repeating death videos. Added a delay timer to hopefully fix getting stuck in death loop pressing skip until you respawn.
Movement failsafe takes sprinting into account. Movement failsafe did not take sprinting into account so it would turn off sprint after failsafe trigger.
Now spawn at level start if spawned out of bounds. Problem caused by save issue that's still being looked into more. Mostly replicable in Shaded Overpass. Please be sure to save your game normally/often while this is being figured out.
Added some missing death triggers in levels.
