fixedWith the help of many players who gave feedback in early access, I am happy to release the first major update for Dead Quest! The main part of the Ability Update is the new ability system , which introduces 8 new combat abilities to unlock as you play the game. Full release notes are below. Added Can change HUD and UI colours in settings Can change HUD and UI transparency in settings New splash images Added indicator on map icons to more clearly show your next objective Added floating damage markers Added enemy health bars Added new abilities Added Slime Bomb Added Healing Drone Added Auto Turret Added Timed Charge Added Fire Bomb Added Missile Strike Added Life Drain Added Heavy Turret Added more tutorial screens New map progress tracker in base Notifications of new unlocked abilities Bug Fixes Fixed explosive ammo lag bug Wildcard reset damage bonus at level end Tweaked night vision goggles effect Fixed UI elements All controls added to help screen Automatically equips glock during tutorial Gameplay Ability cooldowns now on HUD Increased glock base damage Increased mosin base damage Increased scar base damage Changes lighting in sewer Changed lighting in forest Reduced low level enemy health Increased high level enemy health Less chance to find food items More ammo given during tutorial New map icon
