Community Goals

The Community Goal is simple: kill a MILLION mutants together.

Every mutant killed during Steam Next Fest counts toward the shared community progress bar. Everyone who participates gets an exclusive in-game badge to show off once DDoD releases - proof of valor that won’t be obtainable anymore after this event!

Every valid submission counts toward the Community Goals **and** enters you into the raffle. All players who will share their submission will also be added to a raffle which will automatically pick a total of 6 winners. The prizes are divided into 3 Mutant Figurines and 3 DDoD Steam Keys.

The goals are as follows:

  • Milestone 1: 333,333 kills

Adds 1 DDoD Steam Key + 1 mutant figurine to the raffle pool. :orange_circle:

  • Milestone 2: 666,666 kills

Adds 1 DDoD Steam Key + 1 mutant figurine to the raffle pool.

  • Milestone 3: 999,999 kills

Adds 1 DDoD Steam Key + 1 mutant figurine to the raffle pool.

Each run is a separate raffle entry — the more you play, the more chances you have to win.

Steam post image P.S. The figurines are so RAD they glow in the dark. We’ll show you later ;)

Individual Objectives

It’s time to lock in and prove who the best explorers are in the Purple Land during the Steam Next Fest. Challenge fellow community members in three individual objectives that will test your DDoD skills!

The Individual Objectives are as follows:

  • Most Mutants Killed — You must complete all quest objectives before submitting. Additional kills after quest completion are permitted.

  • Fastest Bunker Run — You must reach the Bunker to submit a time.

  • Least Damage Taken — You must reach the Bunker to submit a damage score.

For all challenges, the 1st place will be awarded a Mutant figurine + a DDoD Steam Key, while 2nd and 3rd place will enjoy a DDoD Steam Key.

How to Participate

Participating in both events is simple:

  1. At the end of your run, you will see a prompt at the bottom of your screen that you can click and send your run information to our Discord

  2. Alternatively, you can use the pinned dedicated Steam Discussion Post by linking your screenshot.

Event Timeline

We will constantly communicate updates to you regarding all of the events. More precisely, the progression bar for the Community Goals will be posted every day on our socials, Discord server, and on Steam Discussion.
