Hotfix 1.18.005

This minor hotfix addresses the following issues: - The new card Ascetic was not indexed correctly and getting removed from decks/appearing from conjurations incorrectly. - Added the option to enable Vsync to the settings > display menu - Added some missing localization entries - Improved various screenreader descriptions for portraits and enemies
