Balance Changes:
Increased AI spawn time for all tiers

Major improvements to rendering pipeline, lowering GPU utilization in most modern systems
Fine tuned medium and low quality graphics presets for lower-end machines
LOD optimizations for better FPS on certain systems
Fully revamped shadows and VSM's in all tiers for appropriate quality to performance balance
