Repeated intro
Hey friends! March has been a big one for Dash Dash Dead, with a major visual overhaul! Now that the world is messier, deadlier, and more unpredictable than ever, this feels like the perfect time to start sharing more development updates.

Dash Dash Dead changes
Brewing a bunch of cool stuff right now, so make sure to wishlist, follow, and hit that sign-up button for playtest to stay in the loop!
Changelist:
Calm Calamity, Derelict Stronghold levels are rebuilt with new assets and art direction.
All demo enemies have updated sprites.
Breakable props (crate, fuse box, red barrel), water that cost 2 movement and tall grass to lose aggro.
Added 25 new items [Funeral Bell, Shattered Mirror, Adrenaline Shot, Loaded Dice... and so many more!]
Item descriptions are now formatted and colorful.
Updated Quest system including better announcement method and Main Quests now have multiple stages.
A new special scenario mechanic has been added: Players are notified in advance to prepare before the special areas appear in the next difficulty. Trust me, they are brutal.
And a whole bunch of bugfixes, QoL updates & bandaids. Up Next:
Wrap up boss arena so fights are truly a spectacle.
UI art style and UX rebalance.
Iterate on the special scenario mechanic.
Tutorial improvement.
