After more than a year of solo development, the DAMEX open beta is officially live on Steam.

What is DAMEX?

DAMEX

Dark Matter Exodus is a sci-fi PvE extraction shooter. You play as Quinn, a lone operative stranded on Viridan — a hostile alien planet.

Your mission

scavenge resources, fight threats, and extract alive. Built from scratch by a single developer in Unreal Engine 5.

Why this beta matters

As a solo dev, I don't have a QA team. You are my QA team. I need real players to tell me what works, what feels off, and what needs fixing before launch. There's even a feedback form directly in the game to make it as easy as possible.

What to expect

Raw but playable experience. Core extraction loop fully functional. 4 levels available, 6 weapons, 2 bosses, tutorial, ...
