Minor Patch: - Master volume set to start 50% of what it previously was on starting the game. - Added a much requested volume slider to the options menu. It can be accessed at any time during the game.

addedSorry for the delay adding this but the issue was a little more complicated due to the way I had structured audio in the game and other mixbus fx I had for triggering music changes and low pass filters on environmental sounds when you go indoors. This should function in any situation and not break any of those other fx.
