  1. What's New in the Sequel

  • Over 8x More Story Content The game's overall volume will be significantly larger than its predecessor. Many more characters will be introduced, and unresolved plotlines and foreshadowing from the first game will be tied up.

  • Non-linear Progression Instead of a linear plot, we are developing a non-linear experience where the story unfolds differently based on the player's choices.

  1. What's Been Completed

  • Scenario: We have already completed a script that is twice the length of the entire previous game and are continuing to write more.

  • Michelle's Animation: The in-game idle and dialogue animations for Michelle, featuring her new look, are complete.

  • Character Sheets: Here's a sneak peek at our new characters and the new menu UI, which is currently being polished. Lianne Maya

  • Implementing a Simultaneous Customer System: We are incorporating the community feedback, "It would be great if multiple customers could visit at once," and are currently implementing this system into the game.

  • Adding New CharactersWe are planning to create the art and pixel work for many more new characters who will visit Chroma City.
  • Introducing Event Illustrations (CGs)To better visualize specific events and important moments, we will be creating new illustrations for key situations.
