D.O.T. Defence changes
Increased the strength of super units in campaign missions that feature them, they're supposed to feel strong and recent changes had weakened them for the other modes, so bringing them in line with the original vision for the campaign.
Made Chromatech HQ produce units faster, and made their grunts a bit faster, to help with early game conquering.
Fixed a bug for Escalation mode where changed modifiers weren't properly being respected in map generation.
Changed Dimensional Beam's explosion to not damage HQs, to prevent cheesy HQ kills in Skirmish.
Changed the surrender UI logic in Global Domination to default to accepting the surrender, as that seems the more intuitive option.
