We will release a no-downtime update for CYCHO on June 18, 2026. The version number will be 0.1.260616.1.

This update mainly addresses several issues that players have reported recently, including unclear onboarding guidance, some UI interactions that did not feel smooth enough, unstable online reconnection, and several abnormal gameplay calculations.

The update details are as follows:

1. New Content

Population Shortage Prompt

Previously, when certain actions failed, the in-game prompt for “insufficient population” was not clear enough. This could make players think that a button was not responding, or that they had misunderstood the current action requirements.

After this update, when the current population does not meet the requirement for a specific action, the game will display an additional prompt. This should help players understand the population gap more clearly and reduce unnecessary misoperation and confusion.

Lightweight Guidance System

We have added a set of lightweight guidance prompts, mainly covering points where new players may easily get stuck, as well as feature entries that were not intuitive enough before.

These prompts will not interrupt the normal game flow. They will only appear where necessary, helping new players understand the basic gameplay and interface operations more quickly.

2. UI and Interaction Improvements

Main Menu Flow Optimization

We have optimized the overall flow from logging in, entering the main menu, and clicking Start Game.

This adjustment removes some unnecessary steps, allowing players to enter a match more quickly.

Online Lobby Display Optimization

Rooms that have already started a game will now be displayed in a greyed-out state.

Players can now more easily distinguish which rooms are still joinable and which rooms are already in progress.

Construction Panel Optimization

We have adjusted some descriptions and category logic in the construction panel.

Building search, placement, and construction-related operations should now be clearer, reducing the need for players to repeatedly check the rules during the building phase.

Retained Funds UI Optimization

We have optimized the display of retained funds.

Players can now view retained fund details more clearly and better understand where the related values come from.

3. Gameplay Text Optimization

We have optimized the descriptions for wages, tax points, and related gameplay rules.

This update mainly revises wording that could previously cause misunderstanding, while adding more detailed rule explanations where needed. This should help players better understand wage settlement, tax deduction, and related mechanics.

4. Fixes

Theft Calculation Fix

Fixed an issue where certain theft actions did not properly deduct player influence after being triggered.

This fix makes the calculation rules for theft more consistent and helps prevent abnormal gains or unfair value discrepancies.

Online Reconnection Fixes

Fixed multiple underlying issues related to disconnection and reconnection.

This update improves handling for network fluctuations, reconnecting after a disconnect, and data synchronization. It should reduce match interruptions, reconnection failures, and state desynchronization during online games.

This update focuses mainly on UI experience, onboarding, and online stability.

We will continue collecting player feedback and polishing the overall experience of CYCHO. Thank you for your continued support.

If you encounter any issues during gameplay or have any suggestions, please let us know through official support or community channels.
