Cyber Strider changes
In the New patch a new weapon Plasma Cannon has been added. But the main changes were texture improvements, new particle effects. and a lot of bug fixing.
Changelog - Version 0.55:
New Features:
Added the Plasma Cannon weapon.
Introduced a dust particle effect.
Updated the explosion effect.
Retextured the plasma turret.
Added a nice particle effect to the level-up upgrade menu.
Implemented consistent spawning of moving asteroids.
Added a Screenshake effect to the Mega Turret's quad beam and cleaver.
Balance Adjustments:
- Thrust BoosterDecreased cooldown from 4.5s to 3.25s, increased value from 400 to 450.
- Quantum LanceDecreased cooldown from 6.5s to 6s.
- Mine SpitterIncreased damage on every level by 5 and increased knockback.
- MoonRemoved bouncing projectiles, increased main weapon fire rate, grape shot now fires two bursts instead of 1.
- KnightSlightly reduced immobile time.
Visual Enhancements:
Laser impact particles will now render on top of ships.
The game will no longer pause on the ship select screen.
Fixed the upgrade menu being displayed behind the player.
User Interface Improvements:
Enhanced RP and high score counters in the main menu.
Audio:
Added laser edge bounce sound effect.
