Settings Menu Update

Hi Everyone, It's been a while since the last update, but this one adds a new settings menu. An issue we've had for a while is our music being very loud by default. You can now customize the volume of both the sound effects and music. Along with this you can change the resolution of your game. Currently the full screen option isn't functional, this is a bug we've been working on for a while, but we decided to push this update anyway so that we can get the sound and resolution options into the game.
