We recently ran a naming contest on our Discord, and the response was great - thanks to everyone who took part! In the first round, the community submitted a huge range of creative (and slightly unhinged) names.

In the first round, the community submitted a huge range of creative (and slightly unhinged) names. We shortlisted a few, and then the community voted to decide the winners.

The contest was for two new Treasures coming in the next update:

Treasure #1 (working name "The Lantern")

A mysterious light source hidden in the Dungeon. It works like a torch - no spells required. Just find it, and let there be light.

Several good names came up - Dimlit, Friendly Fire, Lucky Lumen, Gaslighter. The community eventually voted for ... drumroll 🥁🥁🥁

GASLIGHTER

Treasure #2 (working name "The Revive Doll")

A strange little figure with powerful magic. If a player carrying it dies, they are revived automatically.

In the shortlist of names - Random Human Name (like Peter or Fred), Do-over Doll, Plan B and Stitch-back Simon - and the votes went to ... more drumroll 🥁🥁🥁...

are hilarious. These are too good.
