The Makeover Edition is here! 🏥✨ Most of these features have been quietly recovering in clinical trials, but they’re now cleared for public release.

This update brings new customization options, better performance, improved patients, lighting upgrades, and fewer situations where your hospital looks like it was decorated during a power outage.

💻 Updated Minimum Requirements

Good news: we lowered the minimum specs, so more machines can now survive the night shift.

• The game is now a little more colorful, a little moodier, and much less “fluorescent basement simulator”

• Well-lit areas are more vibrant, while darker areas are now actually darker

• Dynamic lighting has improved how unlit areas respond to light

• The girls are back in town! Female patients have been fixed and are officially back in the ER

• New lighting now provides a large frame rate boost

• Video settings have been reorganized and are easier to read and customize.
