Hello Doctors, today's update we bring a small Valentine Update with some Critical Bug Fixes.
β Added:
Added: Priority!join behavior and setting.
Subscribers or viewers who use the !join command with bits (ex: !join cheer100) will have priority in joining as an NPC in your hospital.
Added: Creator news section to the main menu.
Added: Hearts VFX now appear for supporting viewers. (Limited Time; Valentines Day Event)
Subscribers or viewers who use the !join command with bits (ex: !join cheer100) will have the heart effect on their NPC.
Added: Difficulty-based garbage generation from healing items.
Higher difficulties now increase the chance that using healing items will generate trash.
- AddedNotifications when a new room is fully cleared and cleaned.
Added: Failsafe checks for missing key items (sofa, checkout, etc.) on shift end and game load to prevent softlocks.

Fixed: Getting stuck on the Checkout desk.
Fixed: Incorrect trash count on loaded games.
- FixedRemoved static noise near street lights.
Fixed: Missing texture on Bovine Blood IV bag.
Fixed: Selling Beds 1 and 2 causing bed UI issues.
Fixed: Patients clipping through chairs while sitting.
Fixed: BP Cuff sometimes duplicating when grabbing a healing item.
