Full Cube Course update

As some may know Cube Course had a bug where the player would move slower if your monitor was <120Hz and faster if your monitor was >120Hz. Cube Course - Revised fixes this.
Cube Course - Revised can be considered it's own game so I have included a launcher allowing you to either play Cube Course - Revised or the original. However the original is not recommended as it contains numerous bugs.
This will be the last update (at least major one) to Cube Course.
