The biggest patch of the CS Manager Demo has now been released - 0.6! Headlines 0.6 includes the official data editor! By far the most requested feature, you can now edit the database as you see fit.

Use it to create your own team, alter other teams and set up the game in exactly the way you want to play it. Another highly requested feature that is now in the game is the ability to partly play/simulate matches. Individual maps can now be simulated or played fully at will. Furthermore, several tournaments now have BO5 grand finals. This comes with significant improvements to match engine AI behavior, and much more:

Match Engine

  • Significant improvement to attacking/defending AI decision making and positioning, as well as to logic regarding what weapons to buy, and much more

  • Fixed a few map layout issues

  • Pep talks can now have a much bigger effect if the mood on the team is bad

  • Improved the realism of how winning/losing a round affects mood. Losing an eco wont affect mood much, while winning an eco can boost it a lot, and so forth

  • 📢Added a live kill counter for the round to the match engine UI for each player

  • 📢Added individual instructions to tactics, for starters it features individual utility usage, but it will be expanded upon

  • 📢Outlined the attacking player with the bomb to make him easier to spot, and added the bomb to the bomb carriers UI
