Update 7.90 Changes

This patch is designed to enhance the multiplayer gameplay experience and improve tournament visibility. We've implemented several fixes and new features to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for all players.

• Fixed a bug that prevented access to offline mode.

• Resolved an issue with the DISBICAR movement of the kite when pressed repeatedly.

• Added a new chat filter to censor WhatsApp numbers, reducing risks associated with scams and other potential issues.

• Included new details to simplify and improve the player reporting process.

• Enhanced the accuracy of remote kite movements in online mode, ensuring smoother and more precise control.

• Tournaments now appear in the public room list, making them more accessible to players.

• Tournaments no longer kick players upon completion; instead, they will restart automatically to allow for new matches.

• Smoothed kite movements when using a tail (rabiola); movements will now feel more controlled, while kites without a tail will exhibit rougher motion.

• Other minor changes and optimizations to improve overall gameplay.
