May 21 Anniversary Version Update Notice

Dear Adventurer,

To bring you a better gaming experience, we will be performing a version update on May 21, 2026, at 14:00 (UTC+8). After the update, all adventurers will have to update the game before continuing the game. The latest version is now available for download. Adventurers can use the links below to update the game in advance, allowing quicker access once the maintenance ends.

▨ Version Update Notes

1. The new version will begin on May 21, 2026, at 14:00 (UTC+8). The update is expected to take 5 hours.

2. Adventurers who have one or more characters created before the maintenance begins will receive a compensation of Prismadium x300 for this downtime via mail. This compensation can only be claimed once per account.

I. Version Update Content

▨ New Class "Karmaslayer" Now Available

"Regarding the New Class"

1. The Karmaslayer has no class change time restrictions. You can change class to Karmaslayer as soon as the maintenance ends.

2. Log in during May 21, 06:00 - July 2, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance) to gain 1 additional character slot (Account Energy will not increase, so please be mindful of Energy Consumption to avoid creating new characters without energy).

3. Create new characters during May 21, 06:00 - July 2, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance) to enjoy a Gold discount when crafting gear. Eligible gear includes Level 65 Epic Gear, Duskfeather Lair, and Kraken's Spine Co-op Dungeon Gear.

4. "Top-up Rewards" will have one additional round of rewards.

"Ranked Match - New Class Transition Period"

1. When a new Class launches, a "New Class Transition Period" will be activated for a certain duration to reduce the impact of the new Class on the Ranked Match environment.

2. During the transition period, existing Classes will see an added "Match with a new Class" option when entering the Ranked Match interface, and will only be matched against the new Class when this option is selected.

3. During the transition period, when pre-existing Classes are matched against the new Class, victories will award points normally and be recorded in "Season Records," while defeats will not lead to point deductions or be recorded in "Season Records."

4. During the transition period, the new Class will not be eligible for Solo Match rankings. The new Class will have an independent ranking, with separate rewards.

5. During the transition period, the highest Rank the new Class can achieve is "Master I." After the transition period ends, new Class characters must complete their Relegation Rounds before proceeding with Ranked Matches.

New character exclusive event. Complete daily quests, dungeon quests, and growth quests in Blade Vigil to obtain abundant upgrade materials and other rewards for your character!

"Shadow Codex"

Event Duration: May 21, 06:00 - July 2, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

New character exclusive event. Complete various quests in Blade Vigil to earn Psychic Essence and raise your Codex level for a large amount of upgrade materials. Unlock the Master Codex to earn extra rewards, including Lv.3 Inscription Random Box II, Pet Packs, Lv.65 Epic Trinket Selection Boxes, and Lv.70 Epic Armor Supply Boxes.

"Blade Soul Awakening"

Event Duration: May 21, 06:00 - July 2, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

During the event, clear specific dungeons as or with a Karmaslayer for guaranteed Bingo Card Ticket drops (see Event Rules for details on eligible Dungeons)! There is also a chance for Bingo Card Tickets to drop when clearing the eligible Dungeons with other Classes. Karmaslayers will also receive additional EXP and Gold from Dungeons.

"Carnival Shadowbane"

Event Duration: May 21, 06:00 - July 2, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

Obtain Bingo Card Tickets in Blade Soul Awakening to participate in Carnival Shadowbane. Flip Bingo cards to win loads of rewards.

▨ Anniversary Events

"Growth Supplies"

After May 21, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance), adventurers who create their first character on any server and reach Level 10 will unlock the Growth Supplies event.

When any character under your account reaches the specified level, you can claim a Legendary Pet Selection Pack (choose 1 from Brilliant Crystafox Contract, Thunder Knight Contract, or Gentleman Fancy Contract), Blessing of the Sky Pack (A complete Blessing of the Sky outfit set that can be shared across the account, expires on May 21, 2030), and a limited Lv.70 +14 Enhancement Voucher (Can be shared across the account or dismantled into Potent Catalyst x4). Each account can claim this once.

"Journey Memories"

Event Duration: May 21, 06:00 - June 11, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

During the event, spend Energy to obtain puzzle pieces and light up the puzzle to obtain Arcanite of Adore, Arcanite of Brocade, Lv.70 +13 Enhancement Vouchers, and other rewards.

"Shop First Top-up Reset"

All double bonuses for Opal first top-ups have been reset.

7-Day Check-in Reward Upgrade

After the maintenance, the 7th day reward of the Check-in Event will be upgraded to a Check-in Bundle (with 1 Astral Clock Shard added on top of the original rewards). 8 Astral Clock Shards can be combined to craft 1 Astral Clock.

"Anniversary Benefits"

Before we knew it, it has already been a year since we began this journey. Thank you for your support, companionship, and protection along the way. Your presence is what truly makes Atlan vibrant and exciting.

During May 21, 06:00 - June 18, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance), any character at Lv.2 or above can claim Arcanite of Brocade x10 upon logging in! Rewards will be sent via account mail. Each account can only claim this once.

▨ Visitors from YoRHa

Event Duration: May 21, 2026, 6:00 - June 18, 2026, 23:59 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

Gameplay Description: During Visitors from YoRHa, you can participate in five event activities: Glory Eternal, Battle of Grün, Hacking Protocol, YoRHa Combat Supplies, and Emil's Shop.

"Glory Eternal"

Event Duration: May 21, 2026, 6:00 - June 18, 2026, 23:59 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

Gameplay Description: Log in daily to claim Arcanite of Adore, Avatar - A2, Title - Glory to Mankind, and other rewards.

"Battle of Grün"

Event Duration: May 21, 2026, 6:00 - June 18, 2026, 23:59 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

About this Game Mode:

1. During the event, Grün will invade Atlan. Joint Siege will be closed, and everyone shall enter the "Battle of Grün" to defend Atlan against Grün.

2. During the event, clear Hacking Protocol stage to increase the server-wide Hacking Protocol clear progress and unlock exclusive buffs for "Battle of Grün"! "Battle of Grün" also has a clear progress.

3. "Battle of Grün" is a World Boss activity that shares the same gameplay rules as Joint Siege. Fleet ranking rewards and individual ranking rewards will be the same as "Joint Siege."

4. In "Battle of Grün," clearing the first platform, second platform, and third platform will unlock Arcanite of Brocade, 2B Avatar, and Lv.3 Inscription Random Box II rewards respectively.

5. In "Battle of Grün," you can obtain large amounts of Mechanical Parts, which can be used to draw rewards at Emil's Shop.

"Hacking Protocol"

Event Duration: May 21, 2026, 6:00 - June 18, 2026, 23:59 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

About this Game Mode:

1. After the event begins, Hacking Protocol stages will unlock over time. Pilot the Flying Unit and defeat enemies in the stages for rewards.

2. As the server-wide clear progress increases, "Battle of Grün" buff bonuses will be unlocked, advancing the "Battle of Grün" clear progress.

3. Clearing Hacking Protocol stages rewards Arcanite of Adore, Arcanite of Brocade, Mechanical Parts, Combat Points, collaboration avatars, collaboration emoticons, and other rewards.

"YoRHa Combat Supplies"

Event Duration: May 21, 2026, 6:00 - June 18, 2026, 23:59 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

Event Gameplay: "Combat Points" earned from "Hacking Protocol" and "Emil's Shop" activities can be used to level up "YoRHa Combat Supplies." As levels increase, you can claim corresponding rewards, including "Normal Supplies" and "Advanced Supplies." "Advanced Supplies" rewards can only be accessed after purchasing Advanced Supplies.

YoRHa Combat Supplies provides rewards for your characters. Unlocking "Advanced Supplies" grants additional rewards including: Immortal Emil Headgear, Lv.3 Inscription Random Box II, Insignia Module Selection Box, Lv.70 +13 Enhancement Voucher, and other rewards.

"Emil's Shop"

Event Duration: May 21, 2026, 6:00 - June 18, 2026, 23:59 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

Event Gameplay: Obtain "Mechanical Parts" through "Hacking Protocol," "Battle of Grün," and by spending Energy. Mechanical Parts are used to draw rewards, which include: Lv.3 Inscription Selection Box, Insignia Module Selection Box, Prismadium, Card Pack Selection, Virtuous Verse (Bound), Avatar Frame - Android, and other rare rewards.

▨ "YoRHa's Oath" Limited Summons

1. Event Duration: After the maintenance - before the June 18, 2026 maintenance.

2. AdjustedThis event's S-grade grand prizes areS-grade Outfit Weapon "Virtuous Contract," Pet Soul Seal "Sorcerer's Phantom," Pet Soul Seal "Sovereign's Thorns," and "Golden Badge Insignia." Adventurers can choose any one reward for summoning. Chosen rewards can be changed at any time, and the pity count carries over.

3. The A-grade reward for this event is the "YoRHa Oath" outfit.

4. During the event, Adventurers can use "Arcanite of Brocade" to perform summons. If you don't have enough "Arcanite of Brocade," you can use "Prismadium" or "Opals" instead.

5. Please note:

• The pity progress from "Neon Tide" Limited Summons will be carried over to "YoRHa's Oath" Limited Summons, but the cumulative summon rewards progress will be reset for the new rewards in this event.

• The "Oath of YoRHa" outfit can be sold for Gold on the Trading House as long as it has not been equipped.

▨ "Pod Contract" Adore Summons Limited Event

1. Event Duration: After the maintenance - before the June 18 maintenance.

2. The S-grade grand prize for this summoning event is the "Pod 042 Contract."

3. During the event, Adventurers can use "Arcanite of Adore" to perform summons. If you don't have enough "Arcanite of Adore," you can use "Prismadium" or "Opals" instead.

4. Please note that while the pity progress from the previous Adore Summons event will be carried over to "Pod Contract," the cumulative summon rewards progress will be reset for the new rewards in this event.

▨ "Medal of YoRHa" Limited-Time Cumulative Top-Up Event

1. Event Duration: After the maintenance - June 18, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server). Requires Adventure Level ≥10.

2. Event Details: During the event period, points obtained from top-ups will be calculated cumulatively, and you can unlock rewards upon reaching specific point milestones. Rewards include collaboration mount "Ho229," Epic Insignia Selection Bags, Dark Crystals, Lv.3 Inscription Selection Boxes, Enhancement Fund, and more!

▨ Hunting Frenzy

The 3v3 casual competitive game mode "Hunting Frenzy" is back! Get ready for another 6 weeks of intense battles! Team up and compete for rich exclusive rewards!

Event Start Time: May 25, 2026

Open Hours: 6 weeks duration, open Wednesdays and Fridays 13:30-14:00 and 19:00-20:00, Sundays 15:30-17:00 and 19:00-20:00

Gameplay Overview:

1. During event hours, participate solo or team up within connected servers to earn event points by winning. Rewards will be finalized based on point rankings, and points will be reset on a weekly basis.

2. "Loot Plunder" system: When winning a match, each adventurer on the winning team opens a chest. The chest contains 5 random pieces of gear worn by their opponents. Each adventurer may select 1 item to plunder from these 5 spoils and gain its Enhancement Level.

3. Acquired loot gear has 3 durability points. Losing a match deducts 1 point, and the gear will be lost when durability reaches 0.

4. If loot gear is plundered by opponents when defeated in battle, it will be lost immediately.

5. Each adventurer can carry a maximum of 5 pieces of loot gear. Only gear belonging in the following slots will drop: Weapon, Gloves, Shoes, Ring, Necklace.

Event Rewards:

1. Weekly Quests: Complete tasks to earn rewards. Rewards reset every Wednesday at 06:00.

2. Every week, when points are being finalized for the rankings, participating adventurers will earn "Competitive Spark" tokens based on their ranking. Competitive Spark can be used to redeem rewards in the event shop.

3. Rewards include an exclusive moniker, a module of your choice, Enhancement Fund, and many more!

▨ Thunder Spirit Trial

The eyes of the Thunder Spirit gaze upon the hero... The armor descends, offering the ultimate protection to the destined one...

"Azure Crystals" and "Dark Crystals" can be used to craft "Thundersea Dragonsoul." Use "Thundersea Dragonsoul" to unlock Thunder Spirit Trial.

"Dark Crystals" drop randomly in Kraken's Spine and Heart of Taboos on Elite and Legend Mode. It can also be purchased through the Trading House.

After the trial initiator clears Thunder Spirit Trial, they can upgrade their complete Welkin Oath set to the new outfit set "Astral Abyss" and receive the exclusive moniker "Dragon Slaying Knight," as well as unlocking the special emote "Thunder Spirit Summon" (which adds a special buff to all adventurers in the connected servers they're in). Other trial participants can receive the moniker "Thunder Spirit Witness" and other rewards.

Equip the complete "Astral Abyss" set to unlock exclusive outfit Phantom Beast effects and new Resonance VFX.

▨ Golden Gifts

1. From after maintenance on May 21, 2026 - before maintenance on June 25, 2026, upon reaching a certain amount of cumulative Gold purchases in the Consignment House, you will receive additional Bound Gold, Dark Crystals, Insignia Module Selection Boxes, Parts Assistance Box II, and other rewards.

2. There are 2 rounds in this event. Purchase 500 million Gold to receive all rewards in one round.

▨ "New Winds" Limited Event

Event Duration: After the May 21, 2026 maintenance - June 20, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server)

"Enhancement Benefits Season"

1. During the event period, players can receive Enhancement Fund rewards when their equipped weapon reaches specified enhancement levels or when their resonance reaches specified levels.

2. Rewards are one-time account-shared rewards. Each account can only claim them once. Rewards already claimed in previous events cannot be claimed again.

3. If an account has already met the reward conditions before the event starts, rewards can be claimed directly after the event begins.

4. The equipped weapon must be Lv.55 or above and of Rare or Epic quality. Plated weapons will not be counted for this event.

"Power Surge"

1. After the event starts, 4 rounds of rewards will be distributed based on the realm's Adventurer Power rankings.

2. You need to reach 80,000 Power to be eligible for this event's rewards.

3. The 1st round of rewards will be distributed on the 7th day at 24:00 (Server time of your character's server) after the event starts. Rewards in subsequent rounds will then be distributed every 7 days thereafter. 4 rounds of rewards will be distributed in total.

4. Different characters under the same account can all participate in this event. Characters that reach the required ranking will receive rewards for their ranking.

5. Power increases brought by synced weapons and plated gear will not be counted for ranking calculations.

2. Unlock the Advanced Manual: As your manual level increases, you can additionally obtain Opals, Pet Pack (Previous Pet Selection), Lv.65 Epic Gear Selection Box III, Arcanite of Adore, Lv.70 +13 Enhancement Voucher, Demon Axe Desirium, and other rewards.

3. Unlock the Collector's Manual: Total rewards include Opal x600, Energy Box x10, United Battle x5, Card Pack Selection x10, Emote Selection Box (includes previous Adventurer's Manual emotes, Emote - Quacky Dance, Emote - Joyful Beats), Avatar Frame - Sights: Reincarnation, Lv.3 Inscription Random Box II, as well as privileges such as Weapon Sync, getting 3 additional items in the Wondrous Shop, Multi-Title display, and other rewards.

▨ "Journey with Friends" Event

Event Rules: Invite new adventurers to Atlan, or summon your old friends! Complete the corresponding quests to accumulate points, and reach certain targets to unlock generous rewards for the inviter, including a Lv.70 +14 Enhancement Voucher, an Insignia Module Selection Box, Prismadium, and more.

▨ "Passionate New Season" Event

Event Duration: May 21, 06:00 - July 2, 06:00 (Server time of your character's server, available after the maintenance)

Event Rules: New/returning adventurers (starting from May 21, 06:00) can team up with other adventurers and clear Co-op Dungeons to earn Diligence/Enthusiasm Coins respectively. Enthusiasm Coins can be used to redeem Lv.3 Inscription Random Box II, Lv.70 +13 Enhancement Vouchers, Insignia Module Selection Boxes, Arcanite of Adore, Arcanite of Brocade, Phantasium Pass, and more. Diligence Coins can be used to redeem Lv.3 Inscription Random Box II, Previous Card Pack Selection, Lv.70 +13 Enhancement Vouchers, Virtuous Verse, Arcanite of Adore, Arcanite of Brocade, and more.

▨ "Beginner's Express" Event

Event Duration: After maintenance, a new Beginner's Express event will begin. Once triggered by an adventurer, the event will last for 21 days.

Event Rules: Create a new account on any server. After a character reaches level 19, the event begins and lasts for 21 days:

BEGINNER'S PRIVILEGE

1. Upon logging in, immediately receive the following gifts: Phantasium Pass (7 days), lots of Bound Gold, Advancer's Resources, Breakthrough Armament (contains Lv.65 rare weapons, a complete set of Azurite series armor, and Dawn series Trinkets).

2. During the event, gain bonus Individual Respawns for Co-op Dungeons. When attempting Co-op Dungeon challenges, you will receive additional buffs.

"Beginner's Path"

Log in daily to receive rewards including a Lv.70 +13 Enhancement Voucher, a +17 Gear Plating Voucher, a Potent Catalyst, a Precious Adventure Insignia Bag, Arcanite of Adore, and more!

"Beginner's Guidebook"

Complete a series of quests to earn Beginner's Guidebook points for leveling up the Beginner's Guidebook—earn rewards including Thornbird Emblems, a Lv.70 +13 Enhancement Voucher, a Gear +17 Plating Voucher, a Lv.3 Inscription Random Box, a Card Pack Selection, Arcanite of Adore, an Enhancement Inheritance Stone, and more!

▨ "Return to Atlan" Event

Event Duration: After maintenance, a new Return to Atlan event will begin. Once triggered by an adventurer, the event will last for 21 days.

Event Rules: Adventurers who haven't logged in for 7 days, have a character at level 19 or higher, and whose last return event activation was more than 45 days ago will trigger a series of events upon returning to Atlan.

Returner's Privilege

1. Upon returning, immediately receive the following gifts: Phantasium Pass (7 days), lots of Bound Gold, Advancer's Resources (Return), Breakthrough Armament (contains Lv.65 rare weapons, a complete set of Azurite series armor, and Dawn series Trinkets).

2. During the return period, gain bonus Individual Respawns in Co-op Dungeons.

3. Returner's Privilege now includes a new benefit: Consume Account Energy to obtain Enhancement Funds! You can earn up to 30 million Enhancement Funds during the event. When taking on Co-op Dungeon challenges, returning players will receive additional buffs.

4. During the return event, reach a specified amount in top-ups to enjoy extra Returner's Privileges! Additionally, the cap for obtaining Enhancement Fund by consuming energy will be increased by an additional 30 million.

"Returning Gift"

Log in daily to receive rewards including a Lv.70 +13 Enhancement Voucher, a +17 Gear Plating Voucher, a Potent Catalyst, a Precious Adventure Insignia Bag, and more!

II. Optimizations

▨ Mentorship Function Optimizations

1. The Power requirement to become a mentor has been adjusted from 75,000 to 90,000 (and from 80,000 to 95,000 for returning adventurers).

2. New rewards have been added to the Apprentice shop. After redeeming all prerequisite rewards, you can obtain for free: Inscription Random Box, Kraken's Spine Set Box

3. The following can now be set as rewards for apprentices:

• Gear: Lv.70 Epic I Trinkets, Lv.70 Epic I and Epic II Armor

• Inscriptions: Transcendent Technique and Advanced Skill

1. Adjusted the rate at which mentors obtain Mentor Insights through mentorships

2. Reduced the condition for unilaterally dissolving mentorship relationships from 7 consecutive days of inactivity to 3 consecutive days

▨ Class Balance Adjustments

Cloudstrider

Superior Technique Lv.9: Increases the Dharma Nature DMG bonus effects in Tiger and Crane form by 4% (Was 2%).

Glaciette

Superior Technique Lv.9: Increases the 20s Cryo DMG Bonus upon detaching by 30% (was 14%).

Scytheguard

Superior Technique Lv.9:

• After casting "Mistmoon Calling," gain 35% Crit DMG (was 18%) for 60s, while granting all teammates an 8% Mistmoon Technique DMG Bonus for 30s.

• After acquiring the Moon Blade passive, gain a 25% Mistmoon Technique DMG Bonus (was 20%) upon casting Mistmoon Calling, lasting 30s.

Elementalist

Superior Technique Lv.7: Increases Crit DMG bonus in Lord of Thunder state by 40% (was 24%).

Superior Technique Lv.9: After casting skills of the corresponding attribute and dealing damage with it, gain a 4% DMG Bonus (was 2%). After fusing four-attribute summoning into a special effect, All-Attribute DMG +20% (was 10%).

Warlock

Superior Technique Lv.9: Increases All-Attribute DMG during the transformation by 30% (was 8%).

Superior Technique Lv.7: New effect: Skill DMG +10%.
