Small Quality-of-Life Patch

This is a small patch based off of community feedback, and contains the following: There is a new setting for "Maximum FPS" under the "Other Settings" section.

changedThere is a new setting for "Maximum FPS" under the "Other Settings" section. Your FPS will now default to 60 , but can be increased to 240, and unlimited.
addedThere is another new setting for "Auto Message Typer" under the "Other Settings" section. With it enabled, instead of having to "type" your message to someone, you may simply press the corresponding key, and the message will send automatically.
changedMinor typo corrections.
