CRYMELIGHT has published Fan-Created Works and Streaming Guidelines so that more players can enjoy creating fan works and streaming content.

May your creation become an invitation to the tea party for someone new.
♠ Key Points
① Fan-created activities such as illustrations, manga, novels, cosplay, and goods production are welcome. ② Streaming and posting videos or still images captured during normal gameplay are also permitted. ③ If your content includes spoilers, please clearly indicate “Contains Spoilers” out of consideration for those who have yet to play the game. ④ Please refrain from expressions that may cause your content to be mistaken for official content. ⑤ Please refrain from content that significantly damages the image of the Work. ⑥ Content that infringes, or may infringe, the rights of third parties is prohibited. ⑦ Please refrain from using the Work primarily for the purpose of advertising specific products or services, political activities, religious activities, or expressing personal ideology. ⑧ Excessive sexual expressions, defamation of specific individuals, groups, races, etc., and content contrary to public order and morals are prohibited. ⑨ Please refrain from unauthorized reposting, scanning, tracing, or other uses of the Work’s materials as-is, or any use deemed to lack creativity. ⑩ Using the Work or any part of it to train generative AI or similar technologies, or generating content using the results of such training, is prohibited.
♠ More Detailed Guidelines
FURYU Corporation (“the Company”) has established these Guidelines for Fan-Created Works (“these Guidelines”) so that more people can discover and enjoy “CRYMELIGHT” (“the Work”).
Please enjoy creating fan works while complying with the following terms.
Definitions
(1) “Individual” refers to a person who is not affiliated with or contracted to a creator-related company, entertainment agency, production company, or similar organization involved in video, image, or other content posting activities.
(2) “Corporation” refers to a company, sole proprietor, or a person who is affiliated with or contracted to a creator-related company, entertainment agency, production company, or similar organization involved in video, image, or other content posting activities.
(3) “Customer” collectively refers to all persons who enjoy the Work, including those defined in the preceding items.
Permitted Scope of Fan-Created Activities
(1) Creation, publication, and distribution of doujinshi, including illustrations, manga, novels, and similar works, including digital works.
(2) Creation, publication, and distribution of cosplay costumes based on the characters.
(3) Cosplay activities involving the characters, as well as the filming, publication, and distribution of cosplay photos and videos.
(4) Creation, publication, and distribution of goods, accessories, figures, and other three-dimensional works.
(5) Video streaming/posting and still image posting using videos or still images captured during normal gameplay.
※ When engaging in any of the above activities, please clearly indicate together with the created work that it is a fan-created work.
※ For “video streaming/posting and still image posting” set forth in Item (5), please also be sure to review the contents of Section 5, “Regarding Video Streaming and Still Image Posting.”
Persons Eligible to Engage in Fan-Created Activities
These Guidelines apply only to fan-created activities by individuals for the purpose of non-commercial publication and distribution.
If a corporation wishes to engage in fan-created activities, or if an individual wishes to engage in fan-created activities that are presumed to exceed the standards set forth in these Guidelines, please contact the Company in advance via the designated inquiry form.
However, even corporations may freely create, publish, distribute, and otherwise use content introducing the Work by using videos or still images captured during normal gameplay, provided that such activities do not violate the prohibited matters set forth in Section 6.
Standards for Determining Non-Commercial Purpose
If a Customer engages in fan-created activities without the purpose of gaining profit, such activities will be presumed to be for non-commercial purposes.
Activities conducted within the scope of personal hobbies, where the Customer receives compensation or profit only to the extent of expenses related to the fan-created activities, such as material costs, utility costs, and other necessary expenses, will also be considered within the scope of non-commercial purposes.
Monetization through advertising systems on video sharing platforms such as YouTube will not be treated as a commercial purpose.
Regarding Video Streaming and Still Image Posting
(1) In order for more Customers to enjoy the Work, certain areas may be designated as prohibited from streaming or posting for a certain period of time. Details will be provided in the Streaming Guidelines to be released at a later date.
(2) When streaming videos or posting still images, Customers must give maximum consideration to other Customers’ opportunities to enjoy the Work.
(3) If a Customer’s stream or post contains spoilers, such as important parts of the scenario, please include a “Contains Spoilers” notice out of consideration for those who have yet to play the Work. Please also keep in mind that people who have yet to play the Work may unintentionally encounter spoilers, and in particular, do not display spoiler-related text or images in video titles or thumbnails when streaming or publishing videos.
(4) When streaming videos or posting still images, Customers must clearly display the following copyright notice:

(5) If a published or streamed video or still image post contains any content set forth in the prohibited matters in Section 6, the Company may, at its discretion, take legal measures including requesting removal. In addition, the Company will not individually respond to, authorize, promote, or otherwise treat videos posted by Customers as official videos of the Company.
Prohibited Matters
Even in the case of individuals, Customers are prohibited from creating or engaging in anything that falls under, or may fall under, any of the following items.
(1) Content that is contrary to public order and morals.
(2) Content that infringes the rights of third parties.
(3) Content that includes the purpose of advertising specific products or services, political activities, religious activities, or similar activities.
(4) Content that constitutes a criminal act, antisocial activity, or other violation of laws and regulations, or content that includes expressions or purposes that affirm or encourage such acts.
(5) Content that is presumed to lack creativity, such as directly making secondary use of the Work’s content, including logos, illustrations, videos, sound sources, music, manga, etc., or using such content by scanning, tracing, or similar methods.
(6) Content involving the act of training generative AI or other automatic generation technologies on the Work or any part thereof, or the act of generating content using the results of such training, whether in whole or in part.
(7) Content that falsely claims or may mislead others into believing that it is sponsored, officially approved, or affiliated with the Company.
(8) Any other content that the Company deems inappropriate.
If any content set forth in the prohibited matters above is included, the Company may, at its discretion, take legal measures including requesting suspension of publication of the created work.
Please note that even if the use complies with these Guidelines, the Company makes no warranties whatsoever regarding any losses that may arise from fan-created activities conducted by Customers.
Fan-created activities that infringe the rights of others, including the Company, may result in Customers themselves being subject to penalties. Please enjoy creating and using fan works while complying with laws, rules, and proper etiquette.
