Crucible of the Forgotten changes
Added content
Added new unique upgrade sets to Fiery Strike, Ice Thrust, Lightning Slice, and Might Blow to further differentiate their use.
Thaumaturge now has an additional set of character upgrades per known dual domain combination.
Gameplay changes
Enemy bombard damage is now unaffected by enemy rarity modifiers. Previously modifiers to enemy damage would apply to bombard damage, making certain enemies deal far more damage than others. Now all bombard orbs and areas deal the same damage within a stage.
Special elite enemy rewards now scale with stage level.
Resistance charms now additionally grant immunity to enemy applied debuffs for 0.25 seconds.
Combat objective rewards have been increased by 50%.
Sacrifice now grants +3 to chosen attributes by default, and the Offering upgrade now grants +2 to chosen attributes.
Reduced the effect of the boss shield empowerment, so that it reduces their shield decay rate by 50% instead of 75%. This also applies to shield on the final boss.
Increased the minimum interval on bosses gaining their permanent damage buff to 800ms (from 600ms).
Bosses summoned by the Veiled Gate now have less life and apply wound on hit.
Slightly reduced durability of bosses.
Modifiers to experience granted by enemies now work the same way as modifiers to experience gained (previously enemies granting more experience would cause XP requirements to increase faster).
Doubled the value of the Stationary periapt prefix.
Adjust the usage of the Shade Form ability of the final boss so that it should be used less frequently, particularly while the boss has shield.
"Fortification" unlockable character modifier cost is reduced to 2 and no longer grants 50% less fortify duration. This is not a buff.
"Unburdened" unlockable character modifier now grants 8% (from 4%) increased movement speed per empty item slot.
"Reintegration" unlockable character modifier no longer grants 20% less leech effectiveness.
Increased the scaling effectiveness of leech.
Improved the visuals of Crystallized Ether with increasing area of effect.
Bug fixes
Fixed an issue where charm modifiers could be improperly attached to their item, causing a fatal error.
You are no longer offered the choice to craft a t4 modifier on an item at the completion of The Crossroads if you have no suitable items.
Fixed an edge case where pathfinding would not be used for enemies when stuck on a wall.
Combat objectives now require the appropriate amount of progress when the world modifier that makes enemies grant more rewards is selected.
Fix a crash that could occur with phoenix charm.
Fixed a bug that could result in characters becoming undamagable.
Fixed Force Manipulation talent so that it actually unlocks the shield related character upgrades.
Fixed Returnal aspect granting 3% chance per point of quickness instead of 1%.
Fixed Storm Call's Static Storm upgrade not generating the correct number of lightning bolts.
