Crow Forest: New World changes
We would like to thank all our players who participated in the open testing phase and shared their feedback with us.
Based on the reports submitted during the test period and internal team reviews, many issues were identified and resolved, and several improvements were implemented.
🔧 Fixes & Improvements
Certain gameplay mechanics were found to be disrupting the experience, and related systems have been adjusted.
Various improvements have been made to the menu system:
Interaction key remapping has been added.
Mouse sensitivity settings have been enabled.
Map optimization work has been completed:
LOD settings have been updated for elements affecting loading times.
Gaps causing players to get stuck and out-of-bounds areas have been fixed.
Invisible collision issues on maps have been resolved.
Animation desync issues in the character skeletal system have been fixed.
Issues related to AI character sounds have been resolved.
Various bugs affecting character sounds have been fixed.
Incorrect descriptions in item and crafting lists have been corrected.
Item weight and attributes have been rebalanced.
Drop rates have been adjusted for better balance.
An issue causing weapon sounds not to play in certain situations has been fixed.
✨ New Content Added
New AI types have been added to the game.
New craftable items have been introduced.
New crafting stations have been added.
Environmental ambient sounds have been added to enhance immersion.
A new system has been added where standing water in open areas deals damage unless treated.
A new Cooking Station has been added, allowing players to craft various food items.
📝 Note
As the game is still in development, update sizes may sometimes be larger than expected. Additionally, changes may occasionally introduce new issues. Therefore, we greatly appreciate all bug reports, feedback, and suggestions from our players.
Every piece of feedback you provide directly contributes to making the final version of the game more polished and stable.
