I'm still considering feedback provided by players about the toughness of the end-of-game dungeon. I still don't think squashing is the right way to go, so let's talk about Prestige classes instead. Prestige classes become available whenever their conditions are met. You can see if you have any other classes available via the Class menu. When a prestige class becomes available, no in-game notification is given! So keep an eye on Classes from time to time.
This update also fixes a lingering bug where Eurus's normal attacks were supposed to have a 3% chance to inflict the Reave state, but did not do so. Now, new players should stumble across the Soulsnatch questline/schematics much easier.
Finally, this update gives a more direct avenue toward obtaining abilities that have been programmed in the game since the location "Memoria" was removed from the Veil, but have been inaccessible since then. They are now learnable by leveling the Stormchaser+ and Stormchaser++ classes, which replace the previous Electrogenic and Sparkwraith classes respectively.

- Locked the previous unfinished prestige classesElectrogenic, Operative-B, V-Mage, Windchaser, Death's Advocate, and Sparkwraith. These can no longer be obtained by normal means, but their data is still in the game. If you have already obtained them, they should not be removed. The data for Spectre is part of this grouping, but since it was fully functional with the addition of new skills, I added accessories and normal attack strikes to it rather than yanking it out with the rest. - Added new class "Adventurer" which has limited stat growth but can equip all weapons and armor. This class does not learn skills by level-up. This was added as 8.4.0.1 due to forgetting to enable it with 8.4.0.0 an hour earlier. - Created a new set of prestige classes: Class+ & Class++. Class+ resets the stats back to level 1 but allows for Normal Attacks to strike +1 times, for an additional Action to be taken each turn, and for an additional accessory to be equipped. Class++ adds another 1 to Normal Attack strikes, Actions, and equippable accessories..
Here is a breakdown about unlocking prestige classes: - Stormchaser+ requires Stormchaser (Lv. 25), Swordsman (Lv. 10), Black Mage (Lv. 10). - Rogue+ requires Rogue (Lv. 25), Swordsman (Lv. 10), Saboteur (Lv. 10). - Commando+ requires Commando (Lv. 25), Swordsman (Lv. 10), Synergist (Lv. 10). - Arcane Mage+ requires Arcane Mage (Lv. 25), White Mage (Lv. 10), Black Mage (Lv. 10). - Zephyrite+, Reaver+, and Beast Archer+ require their corresponding main classes to be Level 30 with no secondary requirements. - Stormchaser++, Rogue++, Commando++, Arcane Mage++, Zephyrite++, Reaver++, and Beast Archer++ require their corresponding Class+ classes to be Level 50 with no secondary requirements.
OTHER CHANGES - Zephyrite is now immune to generation 1 Shear & resists generation 2 Shear @ 50%. Now adds Shear I (10%) to Normal Attacks, up from 5%. Can now equip General Weapons. - Reaver is now immune to gen 1 Shear & resists gen 2 Shear @ 30%. Now adds Shear I (5%) and Reave (3%) to Normal Attacks. Can now equip General Weapons. - Soldier of Thunder -> Titanic Fury - Skills previously learnable via the Electrogenic prestige class have been incorporated directly in Stormchaser+ at levels 10, 25, 33, and 50. - Skills previously learnable via the Sparkwraith prestige class have been incorporated directly in Stormchaser++, extending from level 2 to 62. - State "I Am The Weapon" (157) now has Barrier Penetration 20%, up from flat 20. - Prestige class "Spectre" has two more accessory slots and Normal Attacks strike two additional times.
