Alpha Update
We just released an update to our alpha build before the holidays. We incorporated a lot of feedback that we received from testers, and so far we can see a big difference in the gameplay.
You can play the latest alpha version here in your web browser. It's free to try out and no install is required. It's really fun when chatting to friends via Discord or another voice app! There is a tutorial in-game, and you can use your keyboard, or plug in a controller.
Some key changes:
Now you select 4 van gadgets to use BEFORE starting the game from the menu screen
Each gadget has a recharge time after activating. However, you can use the money you earn in-game from stealing items to recharge the gadgets instantly.
Catching mechanics have changed as well - now you don’t have to throw up the items to catch them, you just grab them right away which means you can steal faster.
