New Game Content
Added an event specifically for Grigory Romanov.
Completely reworked and changed the Party Privileges modifier.
Reworked the election system in Europe - it now takes into account your and American achievements in science and the economy.
Gameplay Changes
Rebalanced the Libya event.
Added the ability to postpone the relocation of the UN Headquarters.
A peaceful Minister of Defense will no longer get upset over the cancellation of student mobilization.
Elections in Cambodia after the withdrawal of Vietnamese troops now take into account the global situation, not just the regional one.
Events regarding Eastern Bloc countries no longer trigger just "for the fun of it".
