changedFinally we have a major update ready for Cricket Club. Those amazing scores some of you were getting (Rolf and Spiinge, that's you guys with over 1000 runs in 50 over mode) will come to an end. Fielders will now do what fielders should do, run to the boundary and take that stunning catch. Not to mention taking that easy one that you just lobbed up in close. It's harder, but much more fun. Now you need to think about placement, split the field or drop it into the gap for 3. Here's the full list of changes: - Fielders will now run to intercept and catch the ball - Runs are now scored based on the time it takes a fielder to reach the ball and the distance they would need to throw it back to the wicket - The bowler will now return to the top of his runup when the next delivery can be triggered - Added several new fielding poses - Added several new fielding positions, including boundary fielders - Field sets will obey the power play rules in limited overs games - Improved mechanics around catching/dropping the ball - Bowlers will now use the crease, sometimes delivering from wide of the crease to create different angles - The spinner now extracts a little bit more bounce from the pitch and the quick bowlers have slight variations in bounce - Club mode now supports easier versions of all 3 bowlers: quick, medium and offspin - Club mode has an increased chance of catches being dropped - Innings scorecard is now shown at the end of each over - Improved the transitions between overs - The batsmen will now be retired hurt after getting hit in the helmet 3 times And although the high-scores will be wiped, there's a new honours board in the shed remembering all your legendary batting feats. And to try and get a few more people on board we have actually dropped the price a bit too. Thanks everybody for playing and we would love to know how you enjoy the update.
