changedFirst of all we'd like to say a big thanks to the community who have provided us with invaluable feedback on the game so far. We're so happy to bring you this first update to cricket club! So many of the changes included in this update have come directly from the points you raised here on the community hub. Here are the official patch notes: - Improved the bat and ball physics for more realistic strokeplay - There is now a greater emphasis around timing the ball and hitting the middle of the bat - Added more variations in line and length for each of the bowlers - Added haptic vibrations to the bat - The hotspot will now stay on the bat until the start of the next delivery - Improved the way fielders reach for the ball when catching & fielding - Added a bunch of new fielder poses - Fielders now sometimes drop catches based on how difficult the chance is - Close-in fielders will now duck for cover if the ball is hit hard in their direction - Added some new field variations for the quicks and the spinner - While in the shed you can press the trigger button to drop your current bat and choose another - Added an option in the settings menu to turn off the ball trail while bowling - The vive menu button no longer restarts the innings (you can press ‘r’ on the keyboard to restart) - Various bug fixes and performance improvements
