Next Fest Build is Live
Management is pleased to announce that the CREWED Next Fest build has been deployed. We've spent the past weeks making the ship look better, feel better, and fail in more balanced ways. Here's what changed:
Visual Improvements
The ship got a glow-up. Improved lighting, polished environments, and an overall sharper look across the board. It won't make you a better crew member, but at least your failures will be better lit.
New Character Design
Meet the new crew. Our characters have been fully redesigned with a fresh look that better fits the world of CREWED. Same questionable decision making, new outfits.
New UIs
We rebuilt the interface from the ground up. Cleaner menus, clearer in-game screens, and information that's actually readable while everything around you is on fire. You're welcome.
Difficulty Fine Tuning
We've rebalanced the game based on playtest data. Things should now escalate at a fairer pace. If your ship still explodes in the first five minutes, that one's on you.
Quality of Life Improvements
A long list of small fixes and polish across the entire game. Smoother interactions, fewer annoyances, and a generally less hostile work environment. Onboard the ship, at least.
Steam Next Fest runs June 15-22. The demo is free, the chaos is included. Grab 2-6 friends (or strangers, we don't judge) and try to keep the ship in one piece.
