New free DLC: Creator Tools released.

We have just set a new free DLC live. It contains a number of official tools to help people create their own mods such as agents, breeds or even metarooms.

For people who aren't as interested in doing that, they can also give you an insight into various aspects of the game and how they work. URGEncy in particular is a rather interesting tool that could be useful in a variety of contexts.
