CD2 engine update & cloud save!

We've updated CD2 to improve hardware support and also making it easier for us to keep maintaining the game. Changes: Save data is now synced to Steam Cloud!

Data is now saved&loaded per steam account and won't mix after switching accounts
Updated Unity from 4.6 to Unity 5.5 for better hardware compatability
Shady dealer car now aligns to terrain and drives less choppy
Added an easter egg to the tropical level
Now showing settings screen pre-game
Fixed various errors that were logged
