As 2024 draws to a close, we’re reflecting on an unforgettable year - the year Crab God was born. Creating and launching a game is always a wild adventure, and we couldn’t have done it without you. Your passion, feedback, and love for Crablings have fueled us every step of the way. So, let’s take a look back at our own incredible migration.

Awards and Events:

Crab God officially launched on June 20th, 2024, but the journey started long before that. From showcasing the game at industry events to connecting with you - our amazing community - we’ve had a whirlwind year filled with celebration, collaboration, and even a few awards! We’ve had the chance to meet many of you at events and celebrate the best of indie gaming through the Wholesome Direct, IGN live, TactiCon, SimFest, and also participating in great causes like the Games For Waves Steam event.

When we set out to create Crab God, we wanted it to have a real-world impact. Thanks to you, our incredible community, that vision has become a reality! Every Community Challenge you completed and every Stone of Preservation you completed contributed to tangible change for our planet's oceans, reefs, and wildlife.

Here’s the incredible impact we’ve made together since launch:

🐠 1,561 coral fragments restored 🌳 651 trees planted 🌊 1,525 lbs of plastic removed from our oceans 🐢 985 baby sea turtles saved 💨 7,060 kg of carbon offset 🛡️ 1,217,000 m² of marine area protected
