Cozy Caravan changes
2025 is coming to a close, and what a year it's been! Though we've been quiet these past few months, rest assured there's been lots happening! While we can't share details just yet, we'll be posting here and to our socials with some exciting news soooooooon! 😁 For now, we'll just say that you should tune in to the Wholesome Snack stream on the 9th of December!
But, what ARE we sharing today, you ask? Firstly, we're getting into the season with new seasonal outfits and caravan customisations!
And secondly, this update officially makes Cozy Caravan Multilingual! The game is now translated to a whopping 15 languages! Keep reading for details!
'Tis the Season (For Translations)
We've been promising it for about as long as Cozy Caravan has been available, but we're finally ready to share Cozy Caravan in the following additional languages!

Japanese

Portuguese Brazil
Russian
Spanish
Turkish
Dutch
We were originally going to wait until 1.0 to release localisations, but we figured we might as well get some feedback ahead of time. After all, that's what Early Access is for!
We are aware that these are still a work in progress. There are some UI issues in certain languages, but given that our whole studio only speaks English, we'd love to get any feedback you can share! The best place to share your thoughts is on our Discord community!
Holiday Cheer
During the month of December, these adorable new festive outfits will be available at the Guild shop! We've made a small change for this season after the feedback during the Halloween event. Now, even if you don't have enough tokens during December, simply checking the Guild store during the event will permanently add them to the catalogue, no need to purchase right away!
And it wouldn't be the festive season without a bee-drawn sleigh! Deck the halls with these new exterior and interior adornments!

Changes and Fixes
Lots of changes and fixes behind the scenes, but here are some of the highlights:
Updated Unity with fix for CVE-2025-59489 security vulnerability.
Fixed various issues where Hitchhikers did not fully disembark the Caravan
Fixed Flossy going missing... again?!
Fixed NPCs and environment disappearing on approach
Fixed Luca's hiding spot disappearing at Basslebrook (he's not that good at hide & seek!)
Fixed Jimothy going missing during his treasure hunt Quest
Fixed Jimothy refusing to board the Caravan during his treasure hunt Quest
Fixed Quest Items vanishing after boarding the Caravan
Fixed soft-lock during crafting where animation got stuck exiting interaction
Fixed Mr. Jumpy remembering the wrong number of Froglets returned
Fixed dialogue soft-lock when interacting with NPCs
Fixed Percy's Archaeology Equipment being infinitely awarded
+ a few extra fixes for miscellaneous freezes, crashes, and soft-locks!!
Known Issues
A non-exhaustive list of known-issues, but some things to be aware of!
Activities will not load if you quit to main menu and load an existing save game - Close and reopen the game to reload Activities
Some UI elements have overlap in certain languages
Bubba missing from inside the caravan at late afternoon
Russian font will not immediately update while in the settings menu if the language is changed to Russian.
Some environment elements may not load in photo mode when the camera is pointed to areas outside of the gameplay view.
Francesca Fortuna's sticker disappears when she despawns.
Quitting the game will sometimes cause the application to crash
There are a lot of fixes in this release, but if a problem you've encountered is still occurring, please let us know on our Discord or the Steam forums!
Roadmap
We're getting so close to the finish line now! You might notice that we've squished some of the roadmap releases into the 1.0 update, because as we get closer to the big day, we need every moment we can get to fix and polish—and even small updates take a lot of time to prepare!
