Major Update v1.6 – Localization, Key Customization & Gameplay Improvements

We’re happy to release Update v1.6, a major step forward for Courier Life Simulator, focused on player feedback, accessibility, and immersion.

This update brings some of the most requested features from the community, alongside important optimizations and gameplay improvements.

🌍 Localization Support

Courier Life Simulator now officially supports the following languages:

• English

• Français

• Deutsch

• Español

• Русский

• 简体中文 (Simplified Chinese)

🔹 On first launch, the game automatically detects your Steam language and sets the game language if it’s supported. 🔹 If your Steam language isn’t supported yet, the game will default to English.

We plan to add many more languages in future updates.

⌨️ Full Key Customization

One of the most requested features is finally here.

• Rebind all major actions

• Customize controls to match your playstyle

• Better accessibility for different keyboard layouts

This feature was added directly based on player feedback — thank you for pushing us to make it happen.

🚀 Sprint / Run Mode

You can now move faster on foot using the new sprint mode, making walking and deliveries more fluid and less time-consuming.

🎥 Orbit Camera in FPS Mode

A new orbit camera system has been added to FPS driving mode:

• Allows subtle head-like movement

• Feels more natural and realistic

• Enhances immersion while driving, similar to real-life head motion

⚙️ Performance Optimizations

• Reduced camera draw distance

• Improved overall performance and stability

• Smoother gameplay, especially on lower-end systems

🔊 Audio Fixes

• Fixed an issue where footstep sounds could be heard while jumping

• Improved movement sound consistency

🗺️ Recent Major Improvements (Previous Update)

In the last major update, we also delivered significant changes to the core experience:

• The map was completely reworked

• The tutorial mode was redesigned for better onboarding

• Overall game flow, visuals, and vibe were improved to better match the intended immersive courier experience

These changes laid the foundation for the improvements introduced in Update v1.6.
